Hi

so when I meditate it takes me a while to get totally relaxed and then I'll get into a really peaceful, relaxed state but there are moments where i realize that i've not been conscious and i wonder if i've fell asleep but i think i'm still breathing in and out deeply so i can't really tell if i am falling asleep... and i sit upright with my legs crossed. am i falling sleep? is it okay to fall asleep?
