Default Looking for technique

I try to find meditation technique that works for me. It's maybe better to ask here before going to google. Ta-tsu-wa said on Principles of meditation: "People with more contemplative natures tend to do better with techniques that take you inwards". I guess thats for me. I am more introvert person. Where i can find these kind of techniques or can someone suggest some technique to me? Thanks.

Default Paul Wilson

Hello
I would try Paul Wilson's book "The Quiet". It is loaded with techniques, all very easy to do in 13 minutes. It is also available as as audio book. It has helped me tremendously.

Hi there,

EnlightenQ is a very sophisticated and powerful meditation technique that provides immediate and ongoing feedback. You will know (unlike with various other meditation techniques) if you are doing it right. The individual feeling/sensation, and the ability to both generate it and recognize it, becomes a constant mechanism for feedback.

The Q Technique is devised with a brief, high-intensity phase, followed by the “recovery period” built right into the method. This recovery period actively encourages the meditative state to appear; in fact makes it almost an inescapable outcome, and then the technique requires you to drop all technique and just be in the meditative state.

If you are interested, you can contact the support staff here and see if they can help you.

I wish you much peace and joy

Default Information

I've been searching the site for information on EnlightenQ. There seems to be little info, and what I have found is vague. Let me say that I'm very happy with my practice with LF, and not looking to change anything, but this thread peaked my curiosity. Could someone clarify what EnlightenQ is?

Hi there Robinsos, EnlightenQ is a sophisticated and very effective meditation technique particularly useful for those who struggle with other traditional meditation techniques. The tools of EnlightenQ help you intentionally cultivate moments of transcendent awareness, and over time and repeated exposure to them, you become more and more proficient in bringing these moments back with you into your normal life. EnlightenQ works really well on it's own or you can speed up the process with the LifeFlow entrainment tracks.

However, as with myself, you sound like you are achieving great results with LifeFlow and your own meditation technique so I would carry on as you are.

I don't think EnlightenQ is available at the present moment but anyone particularly interested could contact the support staff at Project Meditation.

Hope this helps and I wish you much peace and joy
