Default Meditation and listening to Optimal Learning

Hello everybody and a Happy New Year to all,

I've been using lifeflow since the beginning of December so just over a month. I tend to do half an hour in the morning with breathing and another half an hour anytime four hours afterwards. I've not had alot to shout about up to now but today I have felt happier and more laid back about issues, and been laughing more than often.

I have a question though, after meditating for an hour (half an hour each time) is it ok to listen to Optimal Learning whilst you're studying? but without the breathing? Because I had a support email saying you can listen to Creative Flow and Optimal Learning as long as you feel comfortable, but it doesn't state where it fits in with your regular medtation as I don't want to overdo it...

Thanks in advance for anybody that can help.

Hi Ricki...

Not only is it OK to listen to Optimal Learning while you are studying, that is precisely what it is designed for. There is a very big difference between using Lifeflow tracks in meditation, and using them as background "music", so to speak. Very often people use the tracks over speakers, rather than headphones, while doing things around the house. That's perfect for studying, too.

That said, I have recently discovered another use for Optimal Learning: as a meditation track. I tried it one day instead of my usual track (LF 6), and was really delighted with the results. It is so gentle, and that "gong" sound seems to reverberate through my whole body.

Hope this helps...
