Can meditation be dangerous?
Hi. I' am using LF 8 at this time and sometimes I notice some reactions in body (tingling chest, throat, head and so on) and I' am anxious about Kundalini energy. I heard lots of horror stories ( Personal Kundalini Stories ) and I don't want to awaken it. My questions are can LF awaken Kundalini? How to use basic meditation technique, but NOT awaken it?
P.S. I have nightmares or unconfortable dreams almost every night since the beginning. Can someone explain how dreams and LF related?

My experience with Kundalini energy is also on the creepy side, but a lot of people love it. You should normally be able to sense it and break the spell well before it runs into your brain, so I do not think there is a great risk of a sudden "Kundalini attack". Also, most people never experience it in a near-physical form like I did. That is pretty rare and probably requires a somewhat ascetic lifestyle for most, at least until it is established.
Nightmares are common when you start using brainwave entrainment, because it opens up new connections in your brain and unlocks the basement doors where you have hidden your fears. I had two of the worst nightmares in my adult life when I combined Holosync and Lifeflow, so I would not overdo it or mix and match too much. Take it slow if you feel overwhelmed, just don't stop. Meditate a little less if you are bothered by side effects. Your body and mind will adjust to it over time, so you can increase the dosage again when you feel that there is too little progress. Nobody is going to grade you, it is your own practice, so use your own speed.

People are all different and it’s normal to hear different interpretations of an experience whatever name, label you give it.
Kind of like if you go to an art gallery and ask everyone that is looking at a painting what they feel / see when they are looking at it. You will most likely get very different answers.
Meditation will help you see fear for what it is. When you will see you will stop feeding it.
Love,
Ramai

Is it possible to awaken Kundalini with LF while listening only 20min. per day? I think it's to early for me to seek enlightenment or awaken Kundalini... Basically I need to know how not to awaken it, because I meditate with LF just for relaxation, better mood and clearier thinking.

Hi Domas,
I've been meditating with LifeFlow for around 5 years and gone through all the levels including the gamma tracks. I've observed and let go of a number of deep, supressed emotions and the difference in my daily life is absolutely huge. Meditating with LF is a really special and enjoyable part of my day now.
That being said, we are all different. Forgive me if I have recommended the following link to you before, but it is so helpful to re-read from time to time for everyone:-
Principles of Meditation & Entrainment
I wish you much peace and joy
P.S. If you are concerned about meditation for now, you can always benefit a great deal from simply relaxing with LF

In the morning I meditated for almost 8 min. and suddenly my chest and head became very hot, appeared distracting thoughts and a strong feeling like I' am going crazy (I believe it was anxiety attack after many months), so I stopped meditation and after few hours I became calm again. Maybe I "touched" some old memories or emotions? Please share Your opinion.

It's not unusual to be afraid of new situations and to suffer a panick attack. When the body approaches a situation that to it seems like approaching death the brain automatically responds with an alarm. It is unlikely that you have touched any old memories or emotions after 8 minutes. Until you are comfortable with meditation you will continue to get these "false" alarms. Meditation is completely safe as you have already experienced. Anything that seems threatening will bring you back to the here and now. Be comfortable with these alarms and they will come less and less and you will meditate for longer and longer periods.

Iciek, thank You for an answer, I appreciate it. I think it was fight or flight response. Lately I experience lots of stress and I believe that was a reason.
