Are you completely new to meditation, If so, you maybe over doing it.
Slow down and try not to over think the process. Start with 10-15 minutes morning or night, relax, lay down if it helps....
At the beginning of my meditation practice i suffered....it was impatience.
I THOUGHT far too much about what was going on, which is exactly what the ego wants. Concentration comes from within, THINKING that it is not working is breaking your concentration is all.
Expect nothing and recieve it all.
