Default Frequencey of The sample track?
Hi
I wanted to ask if anyone know which frequency there is in the sample track(alpha,theta?)
I find that the sample track is the most relaxing from all the tracks I listen to from life flow(I used just life flow10 and creative flow and optimal learning).
If anyone know I appreciate it to know
