Hi everyone, new member ....
This may seem 'odd' to some people, but before you go to sleep at night, think / ask how you want to feel the next day.
If I ask to feel 'energised' or 'happy' for example, very more often than not, that is exactly how I feel the next day....
Outstanding !!!!
Give it a try - maybe for a few days and see what happens ....it can't only happen to me - surely ?.....

Another powerful way to start off your day is to begin to think of all the things you are grateful for as you are getting out of bed. It's one thing to just list several things but you really get the benefits of this when you are actually feeling grateful. This puts me right into a good mood and usually stays with me throughout the day. It's also useful when falling asleep at night.
You are so right. Living sub consciously is just a deep seated habit, there fore feeling deeply thankful each day can also become a deep seated habit. It's so worth the effort and I believe it is totally life transforming.
Be prepared though you may be heard happily singing in the shower or feel the urge to fling open the windows and sing "Good morning world, it's a brand new day" Can't remember who sang it though. To FEEL truly thankful feels so joyful - I wish you all joy and happiness
Lately when I wake up in the middle of the night, instead of thinking random thoughts, I start thinking of all the things I am grateful for and also positive affirmations about myself. Before you know it I'm sound asleep, and wake up feeling very positive about the day.
