Default Common Problems

Hello everyone,

I have been meditating for about 7-8 years now, and I have experienced a wide range of emotions regarding the subject and have run the gamut of experiences in meditation; and my question is what are some of the common effects, and or problems when meditating? For me, I have noticed here just recently, as I am coming into the New Year and essentially a new time in my life (I'm turning 30 next week) that my motivation for meditation has waned within the last month. I have been a consistent practitioner or the Art, meditating at least 5 days a week.

Default Eft

Hi there! You may also want to try doing the EFt (Emotional freedom technique)
How To Do EFT - A Video Tutorial | Attracting Abundance HQ

Mastering the art of removing limiting beliefs, thoughts or habits using EFT will empower you to attract abundance at will. If you don’t learn how to do this, you’ll find yourself struggling to attract what you desire. You’ll probably get frustrated and go back to the slow grind of forcing action and seeing little to no results.

Hi MindMogul. I have meditated daily for about 15 years until last summer. I got in a rut like you seem to be and I stopped meditating for a year. This past spring I started suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks which I've never had before. Guess what. I started meditating again and started using LifeFlow. I feel better after just one week on LifeFlow 10. Not saying this will happen to you, but for me I think I needed a different type of meditation. I just needed to change gears. Wish you luck.
