Healing
Someone sent me this link to a powerful technique which will help in any and every aspect of your life..
Joe Vitale in Maui - Ho'oponopono
Dr. Hew Len cured an entire ward of mentally insane criminals in two years, simply by using this. Playing Lifeflow with it will make it even more powerful.
In peace

Interesting that no one has commented. I will take one last stab at this.
We all know the Joe who's part of The Secret.
But nothing is being sold here. You don't have to sign up for endless emails to get a new program. This is something else.
This is a different Joe
This is a person who recognizes that the present moment is all we have and that 'things' will never bring us happiness.
This demonstrates the power in taking responsibility for everything and everyone that comes into our lives.
We are co-creators in all of it.
By taking responsibility, healing happens
For ourselves
For others
For our planet
It is heartfelt
It is the connection that joins us all

Hi Bhavya,
Thanks for the link to the video clip.
Yet to believe the process that Mr. Vitale teaches requires a strong belief system. This would be essential to believe the "miracle" aspect of such a feat as to heal "remotely" a group of people that would for the most part be full blow psychotics. To be psychotic equates to totally devoid of any empathy with anything or anybody. To believe Mr. Vitale does require a great deal of blind faith.
However, a very strong parallel to Michael's and Pollyanna's prescribed optimal use of LifeFlow that resonates with Mr. Vitale's teaching is Gratitude. A powerful element indeed.
Very valuable element from the video as well is the aspect of "One More Day"....thank you for that.... .

Daffodil, I'm sorry that you weren't able to view this.
And thanks for responding, Jim.
The part that was interesting to me was looking inside to see how one might have contributed to a situation and then asking for forgiveness. If we draw all the elements of our lives to ourselves through our thoughts, words and deeds, present or past, then somehow every difficult situation is an invitation to heal our negative programming and move on to love. I find forgiveness is every bit as powerful as gratitude. When I have occasion to do it, there can be a tremendous release in blocked energy.
You're right though Jim, there's an element of faith here, though it doesn't have to be faith in the man on the Sistine ceiling. I had occasion to use this technique in a difficult situation which resulted in a small miracle involving a lost cat who'd escaped from a house in downtown Montreal during a construction blitz. She'd never gone out before and didn't know her way around. After 2 days everyone had given up. Of course the good results could be explained rationally, though my intuition says otherwise. Either way, the releasing I did was a positive thing...
Happy meditating
Bhavya

Hi Bhavya, I hope all is well with you!!!
I was sent a link to this video clip too, I thought it was amazing! Whether or not most people could achieve something similar to the healings the Doctor seems to have carried out, I thought the whole concept of accepting responsibility for everything which is around us, and asking for forgiveness and the rest of the statements Joe suggests was a brilliant idea! Repeating the whole lot just opens your consciousness up to acceptance and gratitude and love, it makes you feel good and that alone has to be worth something!

Thank You
HELLO Bhavya,it has been a while,
Thank you for the link.
Society at large and even those closest to us often guilt us into conforming, and as a result one reaches a point in life where you seem to find oneself awash in a sea of guilt, those who placed it there (with your co-operation) have long forgotten and moved on, but the guilt sits there in “THE NOW” deeply rooted in “THEN”, Louise Hay often points out how we should ban the phrase “I should have…” or any other unnecessary form of making oneself wrong, self guilting, we only learned to walk because when we did it wrong we fell, failure is a necessary part in learning yet we continue to beat ourselves up about mistakes.
It occurred to me looking at that clip you so kindly provided that other than cleaning up ones link to the Divine, one should maybe also include a little self directed “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you and thank you” to cleanse the relationship with oneself and in so doing enhance all other relationships.
Once again my gratitude for this link

Hi Chris
Nice to hear from you! I hope all is well with you too! It's been a long time since I saw you here. Too Long!
It's funny. I never questioned the truth of the healings. Perhaps I'm gullible but stranger things have happened and a person would have to be asking for trouble to claim such a thing if it weren't true. But I'm glad you agree that it's a good tool. I'm finding that when I look inside to see if some button's being pushed in a given situation, often there is something that needs clearing.
Actually I've been meaning to ask you a question, Chris but didn't know if you were still around. A long time ago you posted the link to the Global Clearance Initiative. Are you still involved and did you ever use the device they talk about? If so, has it been helpful?
Hi to you too, Coenrad! It's great to see you here again as well.
You make a good point about directing the process towards ourselves. I sometimes catch myself self-flagellating (...my black sense of humour) but it isn't healthy or productive. I recognize that it's just another way ego likes to keep control... so I agree, forgiving and loving oneself is a pretty good way to loosen any 'stinking thinking' that's lurking in the mind. Essential actually to see and love ourSelf!
I wonder if there's such a thing as a universal technique, given that we all have our own unique history?
Wishing you both the BEST!
Bhavya

Hi Bhavya, I don't doubt that the Dr Joe was talking about did do all those things, I just hesitate to set any expectations when trying these things for myself. If things don't turn out as we expect it is so easy to become discouraged and maybe miss a whole lot of other good which may have come out of the practice and then goes un-noticed!
Yes I did join the GCI but have not really become involved any further, life has been hectic over the last few months to say the least , but when I have more time I do intend to take part more. There is so much to read and try out on the website, all aimed at improving Heart Coherence, it really is something so worthwhile! So no, I haven't invested in one of the EM Wave devices but like you I am very interested to know what they are like and what effect they actually have!
I think Coenrad made an excellent point about sending forgiveness and love to ourselves, I really think that is the basis for ALL real healing. If the Dr in Joe's story could facilitate the healing of all his patients that way, it seems that it could be even more powerful coming from ourselves! I also think you make a very valid point, questioning whether there is a Universal Technique for ANYTHING, I have always felt it best to listen to everything then take and use what feels right to me. We are all different, it makes sense that that we would all need different answers to solve our own particular issues
Love and Light to you,
Chris x

Hi
I was introduced to Ho'oponopono by Dr William Bloom (see William Bloom - Holistic Wellbeing, Spiritual Development) and then came across Joe Vitale's book in a charity shop. Had it been the other way around I may have been sceptical as I'm not a fan of The Secret, but I've been using the technique for the last year & can honestly say it has been amazingly powerful.
My life has changed dramatically for the better, black depression has disappeared, a series of great synchronicities lead me to do some research into neuroscience & brain chemistry, ending up here at Project Meditation, amongst other things! I've also been able to release a load of old patterning which had been keeping me stuck for many years.
The key for me has been understanding that I can accept responsibility for problems that appear on the radar of my reality without assuming that they are my fault. This is an important distinction as it prevents me going into a guilt trip & trying to 'fix' everything. It has also re-inforced my abilty to connect with a higher consciousness.
Other friends & colleagues who I've explained the process to have also found it really helpful, so it's certainly worth investigating.
All good wishes, Lynn x
