The law of attraction
I play Creative Flow when I am visualizing my future and when I read everyday the things I want to happen. It has worked amazingly for me and I will be happy to share with anyone who is interested. Joy and happiness to everyone, P

Thanks Pollyanna, i too am very interested in what you call creative flow, as i really try hard to regularly do excercises such as being grateful for everything including the simplest of things, which can sometimes be difficult when your having a bad day, though once you get going with your thanks i often find my state of mind naturally becoming more positive! I also believe strongly in visualization and think that this creative flow cd ( I presume its a cd ) will only enhance my daily excersises. Thanks for sharing!

I would hate to say it, but "Superbad" was the film of the millenium!

Thanks for your comments Foojoy. Apologies for taking so long to reply. I received Creative Flow with my LifeFlow pack in July and use it regularly. When I am visualizing my future I have Creative Flow playing over loud speakers and find it helps me to visualize and use my imagination much easier. I'll leave you with this quote by Albert Einstein "Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's forthcoming attractions." Don't you just love it when you make wonderful things happen? I wish you happiness in abundance

Hi Victoria, did you learn the gratitude exercise from Discover Meditation? The reason I ask is the music is beautiful. I haven't listened to it for a while because I listen to Creative Flow now. It is on C.D but I think Michael has had it created for download now. Not sure though - you'll have to ask him. I always have a long lovely shower in the morning and this is when I think about everything I am really grateful for - It sets the tone for the day for me. I totally agree with you too, it does make you feel good and positive and I believe that when you are grateful for things life gives you more of the same. I wish you lots of joy and happiness

Hi Benji and welcome to the community. Are you new to meditation or not? If you are new you are in for a real treat and if not I'd love to hear how you are progressing. Have you read the reports Michael has written? Learn How You Can Benefit From Project Meditation! Really great info for new and experienced people. I think Creative Flow is available, I'll find out for you. I use it without headphones when I am visualizing and find it really helpful. Let me know how you are progressing, happiness and joy to you
