Default Lifeflow, LOA and Passion

I am at the point where the young baby learns to walk and starts to believe in the possibility of something new, something more.
I would say I'm a few steps into lifeflow 4-5 days but its not that I'm doing LifeFlow or that I read the posts and smile of the comings days with hope.

Its how my life wived a web of turns jumps roadblocks darkness despair boredom and sign posts to get me here. To have me still here flowing words about this arising change.
Over a year ago I was stuck in the past fixated on the future and existed solely with a massive force field of ego.

I feel I write this with intending hope to flow outwards to whom needed.
I'm now starting to allow my self to believe in myself, allowing myself to live, to flow, to be and to be what needs to be.
I'm steering myself in different direction, different goals, more to do with what I can add rather than what I need and what i can get for myself.

I feel as i write not knowing why or what direction it would take, its the idea that we can believe in our self's but we need to state this to our self's firstly and then proudly and slowly to the world. For an example to those of you wondering if and when a end will be to this, I'm going to start to pursue being a writer and artist, there is a world of unknown, uncertainty and constant questions of how but

why not..................?

Why not indeed I've learned from great successful people that to believe in and love yourself and to contribute somehow in life are two main ingredients for a happy life - I wish you an abundance of peace and joy and will be watching how your progress

Thanks for the reply, I think I will use this post as my progress and updates..

Week one
1)One thing I have noticed is the more you just let it be and not try per say the easier it is to meditate.

2) I figured this out today (i did read the instructions) I've been meditating morning and night. Last night had lots happening and was great, but compared to this morning it didn't compare. I had the blinds pulled but it was a perfectly sunny day and this brightness affected the quality and my mental ability to focus or even see images.

3)I enjoy the quiet time and focus on my breathing to quiet the mind (I hope thats ok just to do this or is it better to use the mantra?????),
I go till I feel it is enough, this morning 40 mins, last night 32 mins....

Hi again, I meditate with LF once a day, either for 60 minutes with the c.d. or if I use 40 minutes with ipod download I always play the gratitude exercise after.

If my shutters are open I always place a scarf over my eyes to block out the light - I find this is much better. You could use a material eye mask or any soft material - I simply use a soft scarf because I wear them often so I always have one at hand.

I don't think it matters whether you focus on the mantra or your breath - which ever you are most comfortable with. I wish you an abundance of joy and peace on your continuing journey of self discovery

Sorry for late reply scotland01 - hope you found gratitude exercise - I loved it and do it in my mind a few times every day - it's a great habit to form I don't know where the link is - Edwin or Gus may do, however you can find it on CD2 of the free course Discover Meditation, peace and joy to you
