Default Need advice

Hi.
I meditate almost every morning for 20 min. using LF, but planning to start use creative viosualization with optimal learning before sleep. Is it good idea or should I use another track or maybe just stick with LF?

Thanks in advance

Views will differ on that. Some would say that by sticking to one thing you get to know if that thing is being beneficial to you or not, whereas mixing things means that if you find benefit, you don't know what was causing it. However, some would say that if you find benefit in what you are doing, then why not just go ahead and do it.

I use lifeflow in my morning meditation and just meditate without for evening meditation, then sometimes listen to the optimal learning etc. additional tracks when I'm at work or reading as I feel like it. Works for me.

Hugs

Giles

Hi Domas,

Are you planning to continue with your 20 minute meditation with LF and do creative visualisation before sleep?

If you are, I would play Creative Flow (theta) for creative visualisation. Just before you go to sleep is a highly recommended time for this. I look forward to hearing how you progress and wish you much peace and joy
