No instructions for LifeFlow program

I purchased the first mp3, #10, and have had wonderful results. I love it. But I cannot believe there are absolutely no instructions, nothing written at all, to go along with the mp3 version.

Since there must be some sort of written materials that come with the more expensive CD set, why can't those of us who purchase the mp3 version get them as well? I have emailed customer support and all they say is to go to the community forum but the link they give does not work. So I found my way here on my own, but do not find anything about instructions or written material that goes with the series.

Many of us need to have something to SEE, not just listen to. How can I get a copy of WRITTEN materials that go along with the ten LifeFlow programs?

And I would also like some sort of written explanation of how and why the Optimal Learning and Creativity programs actually work. What is it about them that actually gives you these benefits? What is the difference technically between the two of them, and the two of them and the regular program?

If you go to the community and click on "Learn how you can benefit from Project Meditation" you will find complete instructions that will explain in great detail all the questions you need answering. I've checked the link for you and it's working fine.

Be assured, you have the same written instructions and support as you would if you purchased the physical pack. You will also receive extra ongoing support. I'm sure you will find the support here is outstanding.
