Default Discover meditation - I'm lost

Hi, I don't get what I should do after listening to the first CD, meditate with CD 2 or meditate on my own?
Sorry for this foolish question, I am french and have some difficulties understanding clearly all that is said in these CDs.

Hi Vutqy, and welcome to the Project Meditation community,

It's a while since I listened to them myself, but if I recall, you just progress through each CD. Once you've done that, you will have had enough practice with Michael's guidance to let you practice meditation without the CD's. Of course, if you're not sure, you can always listen to them again and again as much as you need.

If there's any parts of the instructions you don't understand, feel free to ask on the forums and somebody will be able to help.

Hugs

Giles

From what I remember is that as you listen to those meditation tracks you are given a few minutes to 'practice' as Michael is silent. You work through the tracks in order and follow along with the practical meditation as guided.

You will find that in the package that you downloaded some tracks which you can use when you have completed the course. You choose either a five minute, ten minute, or twenty minute meditation. At the end of your chosen time you are alerted and then given a two minute period to readjust to your surroundings.

Then there is an optional period of five minutes or so when music is played and the listener encouraged to perform a gratitude exercise whereby they express thanks for the great things in their life.

As Giles says, listen again to the tracks and hopefully it will become a little clearer and make use of all the wisdom on here.
