Hm, I am not quite sure what you mean, so I guess the PM team will probably have the same problem.
Could you elaborate what could be going wrong ?

Unhappy getting message I haven't registered--so frustrating

I, too, keep getting a message that I haven't registered with my email address, so I can't download anything. I think this happened to me a year ago when I tried to download a free demo, too. I gave up. Now I've spent hundreds of dollars, so am a bit more frustrated than previously. I hope Jodie or someone will straighten this out as soon as possible.

I did respond directly to Jodie's last email but came to look at the forum to see if this is a FAQ.

Thumbs down Dissapointment and frustration

Extremely dissapointed n even more frustrated. The file downloads bt cannot be displayed! Great all excitement gone for nothing! Hope to get help soon! Rentia
