Hi All!

My name is Elaine and I am new to meditation. I have been using Lifeflow 10 for about 10 days. I do have a question about the download, it seems to have static in it which is very distracting when trying to meditate. Maybe there were other programs running while I tried to download the program? Not sure what happened, I may try to download again on my work computer and burn to a CD. It just seems to have alot of static in it and it is loud enough to startle me which defeats my purpose.

Anyway, any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks so much. I enjoy reading all the posts on the board and have learned alot.

hi.

Make sure you have not adjusted your speakers in any way. Turn off any equalizers you may be useing and try again.
Also, dont turn up the volume to much
