Hi.
I have a few questions that (i hope) someone will answer

1. Does the referal competition end at midnight on the 29th of february?

2. Is there ever going to be a private messaging system on the forum? or should that go in the suggestions section?

3. If there is a tie in the referal competition then who wins? So if two people had 5 referals then who's be the winner?

1. yes
2. we have considered PM system and may introduce it soon. no decision made yet.
3. If the competition is a tie, the prize will be awarded to the person who gets the next referral first.

Another Question.
I've mentioned it in another thread but what time zone does the competition follow?
Because i was winning at midnight UK time.
It should be clear what time zone it is.
I'm not sure if i won or not and its making me worried

Hi,

Yes, i should have made that clear.

Because this is micheals website i think its only fair that the competitions run on his time which is US (EST).

That means, february was a tie. Next referral wins guys.

Just refering someone now.
It wont change the referal score on the february league board because the month has ended. But my 8 referals is about to total up to NINE!!!

I've referred someone. My referals this month is two instead of one.

I just logged in to admin area as it was 7-7 at midnight last night.

As you mentioned Divinitywolf, they do not show up on the board here, but this is these are the referral logs for MArch 1st.

As you can see from the timestamp above. Ultimind got the next referral and won the competition by roughly 11 minutes. Phew, that was a close one.

I've had my hopes raised twice.
Michael emailed me saying i'd won. Then he remembered it was a leap year.
Then i thought i'd won with the extra referal and now you say he beat me by about 10 minutes.
Never mind! I'll try again.

I could not believe it myself when i saw the difference on timestamp!

I have verified referral IP addresses and done a couple of other checks and all the referrals look good.

I think we may run the same prize for March anyway Divinity! PW

yeah that would be good and everything except that i've practically referred everyone i know

I really think the mp3's on medi heaven would greatly benefit my life but i'm running out of people to refer. *sniffs*.
it would be good if i won the march prize as i'd win on my birthday. But its a longgg way off
