You recently sent me links to all the products you guys carry which I have purchased but before I could back them up to dropbox the computer they were on hard drive crashed. Would you be so kind to resend those to me? If I've forgotten any please include them. Thank you.

I am having trouble . Had computer crash and my download instructions from 2012 no longer valid. I can't send a ticket in because I keep getting a box saying a problem has been encountered. Tried going to downloads via this site but I'm told my email isn't registered. How the heck do I reach someone for help?? Thank you.

I am sorry to have overlooked the thread having problems for a couple of days - it rarely ever gets posted in. Just email [email protected] and one of the support staff will contact you via supportsuite.

Don't worry, they are always extremely helpful and I'm sure your challenge will be resolved before the day's out.
