I have just tried playing Creative Flow and Developing Mental Abilities and can't hear anything other than a very low buzz. Is this correct or have I had a download issue?
Hmm, that doesn't sound right to me. I know on mine there are certainly sounds that you can hear on them.
If the file was corrupted during download, it's not likely that the player would even try and play it in a lot of cases.
I would say to try and download it again and then if it's still not working, hopefully one of the support team will be along here to advise you, or you can raise a support ticket with them using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the site.
just to add to what Giles said, I informed support today and I expect they will have already contacted you personally to help you solve the issue.
