I think it's a great idea Jim and I'm sure Michael or the team will oblige
I truly believe the gratitude exercise is extremely powerful and was immensely impressed when I found it on Discover Meditation. It's a great enhancer to meditation.
I've been thinking quite a lot lately of perhaps suggesting that it may well be beneficial for some people to listen to this prior to meditation. The reason being, it may be helpful for some people who have suffered trauma or suffer from anxiety and depression to enter into a meditative state in a more peaceful, relaxed and loving way.
Just a thought
Once the gratitude habit is formed, it's amazing how many things you actually realise you are grateful for and how often you notice them on a daily basis - I really love it and look forward to hearing how you feel too.

I wish you an abundance of peace and joy on your continuing journey
