How change username?

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to change my username please? I feel like a human among a lot of extra-terrestrials! (Joking!) - I've gone to User Control Panel and into "Change Profile" among other places, but can't seem to find a way to change username. Please take me to your leader - I wanna be an ET too! Frank

I too wanted to change my user name ... I am not sure that you can though. Oh well I guess we will find out soon enough

I believe the only way to become an extraterrestrial is to rejoin with a whole new identity. However, I'm not sure if it requires surgery or not.

yes, my username needs to be more "mystic"..my current is based on the brand name (Seatrend) of my old (circa 80s) windsurf boards (older brother gave me his Seatrend short board when he quit years ago)....

must i be "reborn"????

Hi Bhavya,
I have not decided to do that yet but here is the path to select:

1) Select tab User CP
2) Select Edit Profile Picture
3) Select Browse to action button
4) Browse to jpg on your computer that fits within the criteria stated


hope that helps...i'll have to "do it soon to prove that i can"

The only way to change the username at the moment is to email us and we can do this for you.

Please remember to include your old username so we can be sure that we change the correct one .

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly everyone jumps in to help, and BTW Tech Support are great, I have been seriously thinking of getting a "deeper" avatar than Casper the friendly ghost, he was my child hood cartoon hero that's why I picked it to start off, however I must admit I am envious of some very clever names and avatar's around the forum.
