Default LF3 not in my downloads

I just noticed LF3 is not in my downloads. I paid for it a number of months ago and downloaded it once, but now its missing from my I pod and I wanted to get it back. Can anyone help me? I appreciate it and thank you.

Jodie,

I am grateful for your quick reply. Thank you for being so prompt! I seem to be having an issue now getting this onto my IPOD. When I click on the link (LifeFlow 3.Zip), i am asked if I want to open or save, but the only option I'm given is to windows media player. I'm looking to open or save it to ITUNES. Any thoughts? Ive tried setting ITUNES as my default player but it still comes up as Windows Media Player. Anyhow I don't know if you have any advice, or if anyone else does, but I'd be grateful for any assistance I can get.

All the best

this looks like a link to a zip file. do not try to open it from the link. choose the save option and save to your hard drive. then use a zip program to unzip the saved file on your hard drive.

Once you unzip the file you will have to add it to your iTunes library as well. You can do this simply by going under (in iTunes) File -> Add file to library and then select the file (I am not sure if this was your question).

I appreciate all the help that has been offered up by the moderators and members of the community! However, for some reason I still can't seem to get LF#3 onto my IPOD, not to mention onto ITUNES. It just doesn't seem to want to work. All the other Lifeflow tracks went on no problem. Anyhow in a funny way this has been a great learning experiance for me. 1 year ago having met with this issue I'd have gotten angry, stomped around and pouted(insert image here!). Now, although disappointed, I am just shrugging my shoulders and going WITH the experiance. At any rate, thanks to all those that have offered assistance. God Bless.

Ok, so it won't let you add the file to your iTunes library at all?

In short yes. I try to add it to my iTunes library as per the instructions listed previously, and I am able to do that but it just doesn't show up in Itunes. Just to prove to myself that I can do it I deleted LF4, LF5 and LF10 from Itunes and downloaded them back again, with no problem. It's no big deal really. I'll just keep plugging away at it, and sooner or later I'll get it to work. Maybe I need to use a specific program to Unzip the files?

Try using winrar, there is a free version of it.

WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files
