Default Awaken and Nirvana tracks

Hi,

I am using Lifeflow 10 at present and I have been meditating for almost 20 years. I have two questions:-

How long should I wait after I have used the Lifeflow 10 track to begin the Creative flow or Optimal Learning track in the same day?

I see that you have the Awaken and Nirvana tracks. Will I have the option of downloading these at sometime in the near future?

Thanks in advance

Elly

Hi Elly and welcome to the Project Meditation community,

I'm not sure there is a set amount of time you're supposed to leave between using Lifeflow and the Create Flow/Optimal Learning. I would say just go with what feels right for yourself. I know for myself, after I've done lifeflow, I don't feel I would get any greater benefit from anything else immediately after it for perhaps an hour or two at least.

Awaken and Nirvana become available to you when you get to Lifeflow 1. Because of their frequencies, you wouldn't get the most benefit from them if you listened to them before having worked down to LF1. I know the people who buy the physical CD's get everything in one bundle, though I guess the instructions they get tell them the best order to listen to things.

Hope that helps

Hugs

Giles

Hi Elly and welcome to the community

Just to add to what Giles has said, here are two small pieces from the instructions for Creative Flow and Optimal Learning:-

You can listen to Creative Flow with headphones and without and you can play for as long as you choose with a variety of activities. Here are a few suggestions…

.Relaxing
.Studying and revising
.Designing, painting and creative work
.Reading
.Working at computer
.Using affirmations and auto suggestions

You can listen to Optimal Learning with headphones and without and you can play for as long as you choose whenever you are learning, studying or simply relaxing.

I played Creative Flow quietly over speakers everyday while working at my computer. I now play Nirvana in the same way. I meditate for 30 - 60 minutes a day and I have never found the need to exceed this time. You can play Creative Flow straight before or after your meditation. I have done this for over 5 years and the difference it has made to my life is outstanding.

Here are a couple of posts and links to other members and how they have benefitted from playing outside of meditation:-

Optimal Learning
________________________________________
I do fact checking as a side job. For those not familiar with fact checking, basically I read a manuscript for a book to be printed (most often trivia or bathroom tomes of useless facts), pick apart every single sentence to find things that could possibly be factually incorrect. Like for example (from wikipedia):

"Albert Einstein received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics "for his services to Theoretical Physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect."

I would have to verify the following facts on 2+ credible websites.
1. That his name is spelled correctly.
2. That he did, in fact, receive a Nobel Prize.
3. That he received it in 1921 and for specifically Physics.
4. That this quote exists in this exact form and that it pertains to Albert Einstein's receiving the Nobel Prize in 1921 for Physics.

So, as you can imagine, it gets extremely boring and tedious. However, lately I have been listening to the Optimal Learning track while I do it. I have honestly found myself enraptured by these seemingly useless facts. I have often lost myself deep in it, realizing an hour later that I have completed a good four pages!

It might also be the new peaceful, less-stress mentality I'm leaning towards after starting Life-Flow. Or even the gracious lifestyle I'm striving for after my second week of performing the gratitude exercise and reading the inspiring posts by pollyanna and the crew.

But most likely, its all of these things and more.

Keep up the great work! I'm loving how I feel.

Optimal Learning

I love Peace & Harmony. I listen to it on headphones, and sometimes just put it on speaker. Last night, I "looped" it on the player, and it filled the room for about 2 or 3 hours, while I did stuff and watched TV.

I think it blankets the room with a wonderful, gentle energy. Much thanks for the link. It's getting a lot of use, at my place.

Info on Midnight Express?

Hope this helps and wish you an abundance of peace and joy
