i cannot access a previous download

I am so frustrated trying to get some customer service. I have sent so many emails trying to talk to someone. I am missing a previous download since i started the program 2 months after i purchased the downloads. I thought all my downloads would be in one place but it seems you only have access to the current month download. how am I supposed to access what i paid for?

I have contacted support for you and they have been replying to you. Maybe their emails are going into your spam. If you cannot receive their support, I'm sure they will contact you through the community. Let us know how you get on and I wish you much peace and joy

What is the next step after Lifeflow 1, do you go back to the beginning of the series?

Thank you Pollyanna. That was extremely helpful and clearly Lifeflow is different from Holosync. i like the fact that i cannot outgrow any of the steps and that they are all useful!
