Invalid Account

Hi,

I've tried to access the download center to get hold of the 20 min LF sessions but I was told that the account that uses that email address is no longer active. I don't think I've used the download center for well over a year so possibly an expiry?

Also, could you let me know how to get hold of the 20 mins downloads if they aren't obtained through the download center?
