Question I need help - cannot play my downloads!!!
Please can someone help me!!!!

I have downloaded the CDs, but cannot play them, they files will not open - PLEASE can someone help me, I am desperate to start the course and am just soo frustrated.

Hi newyorktimes,

If you have winzip installed all you should need to do is to double click the the zip file and it should give you the option to unzip and to where.

try this page if you are still having issues.
