Default Too much energy?

Hi,

From friday to yesterday night i hadnt slept. Friday evening i had a funny night with some people, came home at about 5am. Then i absolutly couldnt sleep, so i layed in bed till 8am, then stood up. I felt absolutly no tiredness and so i drove around, bought some things and visited friends and so on (yesterday i listened to lifeflow for about 20mins, but it didnt feel good so i stopped). So both days were quite stressfull but ok.

Yesterday evening i layed down at about 9pm, i slowly felt that my body was beeing exhausted. I was falling instantly asleep and woke up at about 10:30pm, where i got spacy and felt totaly paniced and anxiously...hard to describe, but really really bad. Seemed like my mind was totaly overloaded and released that overload in a compressed way. I would say, kinda normal after those two days.

Why im writing this here is, i never had this before and i wonder if this could be due to listening to lifeflow so that i had so much energy which wouldnt let me sleep (after a stressfull night). Normaly i wouldve been totaly tired and beaten up by not sleeping.

Anyway, weird experience.
Ty & Greetings
Pan

you are experiencing young persons syndrome (YPS). this is the irrational tendency to act like your body is invincible no matter what you put it through so long as it was fun. stay out all night with friends playing...pay the price.

life flow is not the cause of your lack of sleep. the cause is YPS. no fears though lass. YPS cures itself for most people around their mid 30s. if you are already older than this count your blessings that you were able to enjoy YPS longer than most.

Hi grey and thanks for your reply,

I think i found out now why it happend. Im 31, and i never could stay up all night and then not beeing a bit tired the next day, as it was in this case.

Its something different...since im listening to lifeflow, i have a "lot" more energy (and im just listening for about 2 weeks!). Friday night, i used this energy to dissimulate something which was not me. I do this most times i met people i dont know, i think because i was told in my childhood that im shit and have to react like shit. But this time, i had so much energy that i could stay that way for a much longer time...it pushed me so hard, that i just couldnt sleep when i came home. I played that game not only on friday, but on saturday till evening.

One of my other problems is, that i cannot feel my limits...i always go cross them and get a slap in the face.

So...the next thing would be, to use this more energy i got more wisely

what you said about not knowing your limits is the very definition of YPS. that is the great part of being young. too bad we could not all remain that way huh? i would not mind having a few less limits on the things i can do.

as far as what you were brought to believe about yourself as a child...it need affect you only if you choose to believe it. believe something different and the old beliefs lose their power over you.

Yes, you are right of course. I just feel like 80 years old, thats why i thought its something different. Its just about the personal limits, for not sleeping and old believings.

Sorry 4 my bad english, btw.

Ty & Greetings

there is nothing at all wrong with your english. language is just a means of communication. if you have communicated what you wanted to then your language was just fine. i know people who speak textbook english but i can not understand a word they say.

Exclamation Energy and fear

Hi,

I'm also not a native english speaker .

My reply is because i've had kind of the same problem.
Yesterday was my first day with LifeFlow 10, after another 3 days listenining to the demo.
Around 18:00 o clock i listened "Optimal Learning", trying to have the feeling of "becoming smarter". I became very relaxed. Then before geting into bad around 24:00 hours for sleep, i played "LifeFlow". First it was good feeling, but than, when the 40 minutes finished and I closed the stereo, I started to have a scary feeling. In the same time, even though previously i was tired and sleepy, now I had faster pulse and no feeling for seep. It was like drinking a few Red Bulls.
I have to mention that I did't started yet the meditation.
The result is that now i'm a little bit afraid to start listen again for LF.

Could all this energy be generated by LifeFlow and also the fear?

Yes, you should stop listening to LifeFlow, it is a dangerous tool.

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist, I am terrible that way.

Of course I was kidding.
When reading your story, it seems to me that you suffered a mild anxiety attack. Indirectly this could be caused by LifeFlow in a sense that it can be caused by meditation, and you are now meditating with LifeFlow, and that can speed up some processes in meditation itself.

Usually people tend to over-meditate in the beginning. Nothing wrong with meditation in itself, but it is quite a powerfull healing tool, and it can release some old memories, feelings or thoughts that needed clearing. Usually when people meditate in the beginning, they can manage only 15 to 20 minutes. But, since they like the feeling of meditation so much, they want to meditate all the time, and then a whole train of thoughts, feelings and memories are released in a tempo that is hard for you to keep up.

Outch !

My advice is, if you are a beginning meditator, to stick to about 20 or 30 minutes a day for the first month.
Gradual release is a lot more pleasant, and you will have time to give certain old luggage from your mind a place to store where you can't trip over it again.

In time you can add a few minutes every month until you reach 40-60 minutes a day.

And please let us know if this fixed your problem, if not, I stand corrected and we try to find a solution once more
