Ok, so perhaps we need to know a bit more about you first. It sounds as though you already recognize that our minds create different personas (or masks) and that you recognize this isn't your true Self.
I think you probably already know (because of where you've asked the question) that meditation is a great tool for helping you to become more focused on your true Self.
Another possibility (and I've just recommended this on another thread to someone else), is to have a go at the exercises on the Headless Way website...

At the end of the day, there will likely always be times when we forget ourSelves and take on a persona, but the more we practice, the more we recognize when this happens and we can do something about it.
