Default What are the benifits of th Optimal Learning track

Hi Everyone,

Don't don't remember the benifits of the Optimal Learning Track and haven't found a good explanation anywhere on the site. I'm sure, I'm just not looking in the correct area. Can I get some help on this.

Thanks,

Viha,

I'm not sleeping with this track, just trying to find out what type of benifit comes from listening to the track on Optimal learning.

Thanks,

Hi there, Optimal Learning is great to play over speakers when you are studying, my grandson has it playing when doing homework. It is specifically designed for super learning. Peace and joy

You can also meditate with Optimal Learning and Creative Flow if you choose. It's actually quite amazing how many extra uses the LF system has for all the family. Have you looked in meditation chatterbox at the Schumann Resonance thread - LF7 on it's own has incredible healing qualities - really worth checking out. Peace and joy

Question Optimal Learning and Creative Flow

The unique aspect of LifeFlow as compared to Holosync is the constant entrainment target frequency that each level of LifeFlow allows. This is one of the prime advantages of LifeFlow and as such is a fundamental of LifeFlow.
I have been wondering for awhile where Creative Flow and Optimal Learning "fit" into the entrainment frequency range?

In other words, if our brain is usually in Beta while we are awake with the exception of short term daydream states (Alpha...maybe slight pulse of Theta) where do Creative Flow and Optimal Learning come into play as per the main driving rational of LifeFlow (constant entrainment frequency)?
If Creative Flow and Optimal Learning do have target frequencies and these target frequencies are in fact below Beta how can we be "pulled" from Beta into these if we are advised to not use Lifeflow during certain "awake" activities?

Thanks in advance folks for an clarification on this.

take care

jim

P.S. I tried Creative Flow yesterday for the first time (I am 6 weeks into starting LifeFlow) and I absolutely love it. The "effect" is real hard to describe....

That's brilliant Jim. I love the effect of Creative Flow also and use it often. I understand exactly what you mean by finding it real hard to describe the "effect."

I understand Creative Flow has a specifically chosen frequency from within the Theta range which is great for creativity and problem solving.

Optimal learning has been carefully chosen in the same way for super learning. They help you to “get in the zone” and because you are not meditating to them you can play them for as long as you like.

I love the results they help me to create and although I'm not analytical or technically minded I will try and find a definitive answer for you. Until then, keep enjoying - peace and happiness to you
