when is the best time?
I am an intern of medicine, n keeping my busy schedule in mind,can someone tell me which would be the best time to meditate.I am confused,does listening to life flow at nite just before going to sleep help us as the same as in the morning,i am asking this b'coz,if we do it in the morning a whole day is ahead of us where as at nite,we will sleep after the meditation which is also a kind of meditation in itself or atleast a relaxation.Actually after life flow meditation,our brains become more active n we feel more energetic,so is it ok if we juz sleep after that???????

Viha, both are ok.
Meditation in the morning gets you ready for a new day, mediation before bed makes your nights rest much better and more powerfull ( it cured my insomnia that way )
It doesn't really matter, twice a day works even better, but at least once a day is the best way, no matter what time.

Last weekend I was watching a lecture the Dalai Lama gave on the subject of meditation. His recommendation was to practice in the morning for two reasons. First, our minds are fresh and not weighed down with fatigue as they can be at the end of the day. And second, if we arise early enough to meditate most of the rest of the natural world around us is still asleep or resting and so there is a more pervasive sense of quiet around us that is conducive to meditation.
I have tremendous respect for his views and experience in meditation and what he said makes perfect sense. But (there's always one, isn't there?) for me personally I have always experienced a profound sense of peace right at dusk. It's been like that for me since I was a young child. I have experienced the early morning quiet the Dalai Lama spoke about but for me it doesn't even begin to compare to the peace I feel at dusk. Also, my thoughts seem to naturally slow down towards dusk. I find I become much more creative for example because my mind isn't chattering nearly as much. Perhaps this is due to the fatigue the Dalai Lama mentioned but if that is the case then for me it works to my advantage.
Edwin spoke for me too when he suggests you can meditate either in the morning or the evening. I would add you can meditate any time inbetween. Try them all and use what works best for you. Maybe you'll find the Dalai Lama's advice is perfect for you. Or maybe you're more like me and the opposite will be more effective.

i am happy that your insomnia got cured,my dad had it too,n similar to you, he got it cured with lifeflow,i am thankful to Michael for saving my dad from daily dose of tranquilisers..........
