Introducing Life flow audio to mantra meditation

Is there a specific section on the site which discusses the use of the Life Flow audio with the Mantra meditation. Did I miss this vital part?
In terms of timing meditation sessions the only options we seem to have are the demo at 14 mins and creative flow at 40 mins. What do others do to edit their sessions, for example, to 20 mins.
