1-2hrs per day, face tension and drowsiness
I've been meditating on and off for years. I've been known to have amazing beginner luck meditating. I've recently been meditating for over a month 1-2hrs per day doing vipassana(awareness of bodily sensations). Currently the benefits are nearly unoticable. Tension in the face causes stress that can last longer than the meditation session. The rest of my body is very relaxed. Any suggestions?
