That's wonderful Newyorker!! The first few minutes I watched of Eckhart Tolle I wasn't sure what I thought. We all pre-judge people and situations and I believe being aware of this was the first step for me to understand myself and others. Quite a few years ago, I can remember when I was under great pressure and I would literally feel as though I was riveted to the spot where I was standing, feeling frozen with fear. Eckhart Tolle describes so well how I used to react sometimes and I have laughed til I've cried watching how I used to be. I love how he describes the ego and the pain body
Before LifeFlow every once in a while I would reach boiling point and think someone had done this to me. I've found being aware, consciously observing or living in the now is an amazing, peaceful and the only place to be because you understand others as well as yourself. "The Flowering of Human Consciousness" explains so well our journey of self discovery. Happiness and joy
