I too have anxiety, panic and agoraphobia. I understand what you are going through. I don't have the Lifeflow program as I can't afford it at this time. However, I have downloaded the sample and I find that if I listen to just a little bit at a time it seems to help. I have tried to listen to the whole thing but so far I can't. So I would suggest starting small like I have and see how it goes. I've struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for several years and have only started meditating in the last couple of weeks. I am finding it helps but I'm using it in small doses. I wish you the best of luck.
