This page gives step-by-step instructions on how to download LifeFlow in Internet Explorer. Firefox users click here.

A window will open asking what you want to do with a file called LifeFlow.zip Click 'Save'.
Note - Filename may differ depending on the LifeFlow level you are downloading.
You now have to choose where to save your file to. We would suggest saving it to the defualt location which is the Desktop.
Once you have chosen where you want to save the file click Save.
You will see a new box saying Download Complete. Here you need to choose Open.
Once you have done that a new box appears showing you the LifeFlow file. Don't do anything with the file now, instead click on the picture of a folder with an up arrow on it (Shown in the image on your right).
You should now see an area showing your download location. This is where you will have chosen to save LifeFlow.
Search this area until you find the file 'LifeFlow.zip' and then right-click on it and choose Extract All...
Follow the instructions provided by the wizard by clicking Next.
When you get to the end of the wizard be sure to un-tick Show extracted files and then click Finish.
Now all you need to do is go to your desktop and find the LifeFlow folder and open it to find the LifeFlow track which you can play using any of the players shown below.
