A window will open asking what you want to do with a file called LifeFlow.zip Click ‘Save File’.
Note - Filename may differ depending on the LifeFlow level you are downloading.
When the download is done, right-click on the LifeFlow.zip file from the Mozilla Downloads window and then click on Open Containing Folder.
You will now see the area that you downloaded LifeFlow to (Normally your desktop). Search for the LifeFlow.zip folder and right-click on it and select Extract All...
Follow the instructions provided by the wizard by clicking Next
When you get to the end of the wizard be sure to un-tick Show extracted files and then click Finish.
Now all you need to do is go to your desktop and find the LifeFlow folder and open it to find the LifeFlow track which you can play using any of the players shown below.
