Thanks for the quick response. I have meditated some more but with distractions. It is a very noisy neighborhood hahaha. And it was a holiday here thes past few weeks. Lots of firecrackers, music etc. But what I have been able to do with the lifeflow sample has helped me calm down some. I find that I was doing better with the cd1-4 w/o the water sounds of the lifeflow freebee. I have had some issues after the meditation of that day so I probably need to give it time and be patient. I bought 10 today and will try it out tonight and let you know how it goes. I will introduce myself tomorrow with a comment on how I'm doing. if this offer to receive and pay for Lifeflow series on a bi-monthly basis is still open, could I be included?
I have Lifeflow 10 already and also Optimal Learning and Creative Flow.
When I saw this post about receiving Bi-monthly, I thought I'd be able to do afford that. If it's still offered, would you please let me know how it can be done?
Also, could I please begin with Lifeflow 9?
