Hi Eva, this might help .....
Hope you're enjoying the Lifeflow demo you downloaded, feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns. Simply give it a try and see how you feel. Also I 've enclosed a link below, it's a fantastic post from Ta-tsu-wa and may be of great interest to you with regards to your feelings of anxiousness ( you're definately not on your own there ) and addressing these before they get a hold of you is very wise:
Help please.
Take care and enjoy the community here

Hi Eva...Ta-tsu-wa post with visualization
Hi Eva,
In the same thread that Jodie linked you to is the amazing post that Ta-tsu-wa expanded upon the breathing exercise to include a visualization. It is awesome.
Help please.
This post BTW is one of the new Golden Threads additions that was added to the Project Meditation forum today. Excellent addition folks.

Michael, I would suggest you copy the bio you posted in the forums here to a section called " Who is Michael Mackenzie ", possibly with a picture of yourself.
I myself found it hugely interesting to read about the person I have talked to numerous times about my concerns and possible ideas for the site, badgering you with tips and stuff..
Oh, and thanks for your appreciation I am glad to be of service !

I agree with Edwin.
It is kind of weird, but it is sort of comforting if you can read up a little bit about the person behind the scenes. And a picture doesn't hurt either.
Although, I do agree it's not all Michael's doing, everyone is contributing to the community. It's been really educating, and wonderful to be a part of this community for the past month. I've learned a great deal thanks to everyone's willingness to help!
Andy

Hey guys, I have been reading this thread with interest and a little amusement.
Until recently I was sales manager of a huge company and am well aware there are giant corporations out there, run by egotistical, power seeking and manipulating men and women, who will stop at nothing to keep a tight hold on their empires.
The corporate world is often no fairytale.
With many years of experience using brainwave entrainment products, I have found Lifeflow to be greatly superior and have personally benefitted immensely. Michael has surrounded himself with successful people, created cutting edge products and followed up with impressive customer care and support.
The guy gives away an awesome complete course for free along with many extras.
He must lose major sales because his fair price suggests an inferior product.
And then he gives all the glory to well deserving individuals.
Keeping a low profile is a wise decision and a small thing to expect in return.
I’m sure grateful for all Michael has done for me and totally respect his decision as surely many others do. You’re the Guy Michael and I wish you great success NY

Michael,
You and your team of associates have truly changed many lives. In an ever increasingly world where time is counted in milliseconds, this is a place and product where one can relax and be a human being instead of a human doing. It has truly transformed my life.
Thanks,
gus
