Hi there again. Are you looking for a track to step up your training, motivate you to exercise, enjoy it more, make double use of the time you invest in physical training or something more specific?
I understand athletes rehearse over and over again how they are going to win in their mind before the event, simulating the event before it happens and then before they start you see them close their eyes as they run the winning tape once more of how they have visualised the desired outcome.
