No matter how long the winter is, spring is sure to follow...

To be honest, i like the seasons... well, the variety. Winter is more relaxed, more sleep, less action... time to calm down. Summer is obviously the opposite... and always when the season is about to change, im sick anyway of the hot/coldness. :D

Regarding conditioning, thats another thing... some seasons lead to mood swings for some people, because they start a thought-based script in their head. Then its time to conquer that feeling, and let it go...

As far as I can tell, the critical element - pretty much in everything - is FLOW.

Where blockages occur, that is when the energy dissipates.

Our challenge (maybe not the right word - perhaps quest) is to be aware of "flow" in all of its forms.

As we master awareness of flow by being present, our journey progresses. Blockages slow our progress.

The flow of the pattern of the seasons (in all their manifestations in our life)is a wonderful teacher.
