Bit of a trivial question really compared to some on this forum, but what time(s) of day do you meditate? I try just after lunch and about 8pm which is when I really have time to be peaceful as the children are in bed. However, I find that at that time sleep is the problem and wonder if I should be meditating a bit earlier.

I suspect really early in the morning would be the best time, but have you ever tried to wake up earlier than a 2 year old? :)

What do you find the "best" time for you is?

    Hi,

Im meditating between 7-8pm. i dont
have a useful explanation for it, maybe its because
the pressure of the day fades away at that time.

Before I started on the Lifeflow, I was doing 20 minutes at about 6:30 am and 20 minutes sometime in the evening (either when I get back from work, before eating, or before going to bed depending on my commitments). Now with Lifeflow, I do 40 minutes at about 6:00am before getting ready for work and then still do the same in the evening. I also listen to things like creative flow or optimal learning etc. whilst at work, in between listening to music. ;)

Well, my job is a computer programmer, so yes you can call me that if you like. ;)

However, I paid to learn meditation (not as much as you have to pay to learn TM, but enough to make me determined to do it), so I made a point of making sure I did it, and then it just became routine.
