I am getting set to go on a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in the United States. I have a relative who said it was the most intense spiritual event he has ever been a part of, and thought I definitely should do it.

Does anyone here have experience with this? The class does not start until the middle of May, and would like some feedback (if any available) on this endeavor.

    Thanks!!

    Go for it!

    Hi Arius,

From what you're saying, it seems to be a course with an assistant teacher of S.N. Goenka. If this is the case, it is intense indeed, but also worth it. There are various reports on the web about this type of courses, so Google is your best friend.

    All the best,

    Maribo
