“You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life. And you will have set in motion an ancient spiritual law: the more you have and are grateful for, the more will be given you.”
    Sarah Ban Breathnach

A little reminder to those who may have overlooked this:- The gratitude exercise in Discover Meditation is so enjoyable and rewarding. Happiness and joy to you!!!

A golden nugget for the week-end.

"As meditation deepens, complusions, cravings and fits of emotion begin to lose their power to dictate our behaviour." — Eknath Easwaran

I am so grateful and happy that I initially, through a little self discipline, made Lifeflow meditation a part of my daily routine. Now it's simply a daily habit that creates so much joy and happiness in my life. It's so true what Michael says - a day will pass, then a week and a month and gradually a year. What a difference this little initial discipline can make to us all!!!

Have a fantastic, fun filled week-end. Happiness and joy to everyone of you :) :) :)
