Have you heard of this mantra, "growth... growth... growth..."?

This is a mantra for a person who believes in one's unlimited potential. To a person who has a strong desire for personal development, enrichment and enlightenment...

When you desire for growth, you will find yourself in a state where you are fully open-minded. In this state you may hear conflicting opinions and you listen open-mindedly which information can help you grow. When you hear opposing opinion, you listen and ask yourself which can help you grow...
Then, you begin to find the expert teachers and mentor them…

The more you desire for growth the more you relinquish the need to judge others. At a social gathering you don't mind the physical outlook of others and you don’t label the appearance of others. You don’t notice them because you are focus on growth.

You only care how you can grow in every moment. When you are stuck in an undesirable circumstance you ask yourself, “How can I grow in such situation?”, and find yourself to be innovative. You then make constructive decisions and your growth accelerates.
