Sitting Position to meditate

    Hi,

    In what position i have to sit whether i have to sit in a chair or in the floor.
    Whether i have sit in a straight postion or shall i sit relaxlly since have a belly it is difficult to sit straight.Can i have any photographs for how to sit.

    hi psmanyan99
    just find whatever is comfortable for you a straight backed chair is ideal but a chair which is not too comfortable ie a arm chair is not perfect as you would increase your chance of falling asleep,
    you could also try lying down on your bed palms facing upwards feet slightly apart earphones in and some ambient music to listen to and you may find this even better than sitting to meditate to .
