Pulled

I mediate using a mala and say the mantra "om mani padme hum" but when im finished i fell odd to say the least. Then my mind fills with blackness and the only feeling i have is of my head being slowly pulled backwards this is accompanied by a strange feeling in my head. The blackness i feel is complete as i have candles lite and these are completely faded away. Then i see a monk standing on a flat arid plane infront of a lake which is beside a dead tree. But thats not all as he usually says something first it was "not all men achieve peace, but not all men are what they seem" then second time it was "we are all connected by strings which we pluck, but cannot break, even by the dead who leave us in there wake" now surly this cant be normal and it's kinda weird in my opinion any thoughts ??
