This is the only forum (that I use) that is open directly to Google Search.
When I type in my name Emmanuel Pil you immediately see my posts.
    Why logging in than?
Or is this some wrong site configuration?

    Hi Emmanual,

I've just checked what I can see as a logged in member and as a guest and it looks like any other forum to me... i.e. as a guest I can only see posts on the forums, but I cannot look into people's profiles, for which I have to log in.

What it could be is that your username is emmanual_pil so search engines could easily pick that up from your public posts without having to go into your profile, and such search engines can often ignore punctuation or other characters so the "_" is being ignored.

Yes, there are a few forums out there that are for 'private' membership only and the search engines cannot get in to even see the posts made, but many forums do include the posts as 'public' content that the search engines can see, and just restrict personal profiles to only be visible by other members.

    Hugs

    Giles
