Ok, I've never meditated before, but I woke up after having a very very bad panic attack after drinking an energy drink, I mean this was probably the worst panic attack I've ever had in my life. So I woke up, and after about 10 minutes of waking up and sitting in my computer chair, my ENTIRE body went completely numb, My heart started to beat very fast and I'm having little tiny pains in the left side of my heart, I feel as if I need to throw up but when I try, I can't. I tried to eat something but that didn't work, I tried drinking water, that didn't work. I am honestly convinced I'm about to have a Heart attack or stroke, my parents wont take me to the hospital, which even makes it worse, and my stomach feels like someone just beat it in with a sledgehammer, (It's hard for me to breath) Could anyone help me, are there any hurbs that I could put in tea to make me better, is there any type of meditation I could use to calm myself down?
