    Hi,

I started listening to Lifeflow few months back. I am on the 2nd CD now.
I enjoyed tremendously the first one and noticed the benefits. I am sceptic when it comes to the 2nd CD that I have been using for about 5 weeks. I have been feeling pretty depressed but I sticked to it hoping that this feeling would go away but it did not.
I suffer from depression however with CD1 I was able to relax. Listening to CD1 made me calm and happy. With CD 2 I am going back where I was before.
I decided to join the forum to find out if there is anybody with similar experience.
Should I continue and move to CD 3 (in about 3 weeks time)? I do notice that my meditation is getting deeper so at least here I am making progress in the right direction.

    Best Regards,
    Monika

Some peopel find certains tracks do not resonate with them as much as others. It may be that the next track will suit you better, but it may also be that you need to spend some more time on LF10 before moving on, as, in all honesty, there's no rush to get through them all.

Perhaps try going back to LF10 for a bit and see how you are with that and then perhaps come back to LF9 again after a while and see. If the problem persists with LF9 then move on to LF8 and see if things improve.

    Hugs

Hi, I think you are talking about Discover Meditation course? There are 4 CD's in this package and the only thing you should hear is Michael talking and guiding your meditation. There is also another batch of CD's which is LifeFlow and these are to be used alongside your meditation practice to assist you.

    Hi Lilybaby,

As PeacefulWarrior says, you're referring to the Discover Meditation CD's (of which there are 4). These have an introduction by Michael which guides you into the meditation and then they are indeed silent until the end when there is a sound to indicate for you to come out of meditation. This is intended as the length of the silence is timed to allow you to practice mantra meditation for progressing lengths of time.

Lifeflow is a little different from meditation, but is best used alongside meditation once you've got the hang of it. At that time you would know how to meditate and no longer use the Discover Meditation CD's, but instead play the Lifeflow tracks whilst meditating as you have previously learnt. The purpose of the Lifeflow tracks is to help balance the left and righ hemispheres of the brain in a progressive programme of "entrainment frequencies" that start at Lifeflow 10 and go on to Lifeflow 1. You can download a sample of the Lifeflow 10 track from here:

LifeFlow® Meditation Technology - Project Meditation

and then if you decide to go ahead with that you can sign up for the programme.

Whatever you decide to do you can still keep up the meditation completely free of charge. ;)

    Hugs

    Giles
