    Hey all
I am looking into getting the Lifeflow 2.0 program as a way to help me not just be a better or more emotionally healthy person but because I also want to be more emotionally healthy for my wife who is disabled and deal better with the job I have which is often incredibly stressful.I am a 44 year old guy who has severe ADHD and I also suffer from frequent anxiety and depression. I have begun to embrace the concept of the Buddhist teachings and I am looking at Lifeflow as a way to help me meditate and hopeful release most if not all of the negative trauma I experienced growing up which I know will do wonders for my anxiety. Any feedback and comments are greatly appreciated and welcome

Hi PookDo and welcome to the Project Meditation community,

I'm sure you will find benefit from using Lifeflow, as most people do. If you look around on the forums you will find other people who have suffered with similar issues to yourself and have found benefit. Give it a go, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask away on these forums. :)

    Hugs
